PAY AFTER PLACEMENT – TERMS (CLP PROGRAM)


1. Program Overview

  • Program Name: Career Launchpad Program (CLP)
  • Duration: 60 business days (includes structured training + placement phase)
  • Job Guarantee: 100% placement assurance for eligible candidates
  • Salary Range: ₹2.2 – ₹3.8 LPA (CTC)
  • Format: Online/Hybrid – full-time employment roles through GOCINQ partner companies


2. Fee Structure & Timeline

EMI (Post Offer) ₹10,000 x 9 = ₹90,000 After joining and first salary via E-NACH


3. KYC & Surety Requirements

  • Candidate KYC: Aadhaar, PAN, education certificates, address proof
  • Surety Holders (2 Required):

    • One must be a family member
    • Second may be from family or outside
    • One of the two must be a salaried employee earning at least ₹25,000/month

      • Must submit:

        • 3 months payslips
        • 3 months bank statements
        • Full KYC documents

    • Both sureties are jointly liable for repayment enforcement


4. Payment Recovery, Consent, and Penalty Terms

  • Default Clause:

    • In case of missed EMI or bounced payments, GOCINQ will:

      • Retry E-NACH
      • Contact the candidate and both sureties
      • Initiate legal recovery

    • By signing this agreement: Candidate and sureties explicitly agree and give written consent that in the event of default, GOCINQ may initiate recovery of up to 3X the total amount payable (up to ₹3,60,000), as liquidated damages and penalty.

  • Consent Clause:

    • Candidate and sureties:

      • Authorize GOCINQ to recover dues through legal remedies, credit recovery agencies, or court orders
      • Confirm that the terms and implications were explained clearly in a language they understand
      • Sign voluntarily and without coercion


5. Background Verification & Simulated Experience Support

GOCINQ may provide candidates with simulated project-based work experience, covering a duration of 6 months to 2 years, based on training completion and internal assessments.
These experience documents are supported by GOCINQ’s background verification and company interface team, enabling smooth employment transitions.

  • This experience is based on real-time projects or simulations
  • GOCINQ may assist with background verification and HR validations to ensure successful onboarding
  • Agree not to misuse, modify, or misrepresent these documents independently or for unauthorized purposes


6. Disqualifying Behaviors (Forfeiture & Full Fee Liability)

Candidate loses all refund or EMI leniency if they:

  • Reject the first job offer via GOCINQ
  • Apply for or attend external interviews during the program
  • Fail to pay ₹25,000 after selection confirmation
  • Submit false education, identity, or financial documents
  • Voluntarily drop out of the program


7. Refund Policy

  • ₹5,000 enrolment fee refundable only if:

    • Training and placement phase completed
    • No job offer is received within 60 business days

  • ₹25,000 and ₹90,000 are non-refundable under all circumstances once the respective conditions are met
  • Refund request must be made as per the policy after the 60-day placement period ends


8. Legal Enforcement & Jurisdiction

  • Jurisdiction: Hyderabad, Telangana
  • Dispute Resolution: Arbitration preferred before civil proceedings
  • Laws Applicable: Indian Contract Act, Consumer Protection Act, IT Act, Negotiable Instruments Act
